Mythbusting at the Datanatives Satellite

It was a pleasure speaking at the Machine Learning in Healthcare meetup on the 21st of November. 

The topic was “AI in Healthcare: Heading towards Utopia?”

And as the title implies, of course we are not! I took the opportunity and tried a new format, where I divided my talk into 5 prevalent myths and busted them. 

Myth 1: AI is intelligent
Myth 2: AI in healthcare is a hype
Myth 3: AI will “disrupt” healthcare
Myth 4: AI in healthcare can be done by computer scientist and engineers
Myth 5: AI will benefit everyone

It was lovely to have such a smart audience and it was great answering questions for almost 40 minutes! 

I will elaborate on these Myths in a short series of youtube videos at the beginning of 2020!
